As long as you're sure JD ............

I do not pay anything to the BBC. If you do not tell the 'licence' guys your name they cannot do anything about it. For the first month or so they will send letters, of an increasingly threatening nat

Lol this the first time ever I haven't had one mate. I'm sure they will come chapping. My answer will be sorry. I don't watch or contribute to paedophile rings good day to you.

Tell them nothing . Ignore them and they can do nothing to you,, you have to confess to them for them to prosecute you.

Detector vans DO NOT WORK they are a ploy used to frighten folk.

If you tell them that TV licensing employees are not allowed on your property they have to list your address as unaproachable.

They have NO powers whatsoever,, they cannot get you arrested, prosecuted, tortured or deported, tell them to get f****d.

NO! Do not contact them for anything. To be listed as denying right of access they will want your name, give them your name and you are in contact with them, then you will get a summons. DO NOT speak to them. Ignore them,

You don't give your name or let anyone in and you'll be just fine. I've been spreading the word....I'm out of the loop, Isolated from most of the media, sick of tv, sick of newspapers and sick of modern day propaganda. I don't know much about whats happening outside my little bubble, but I can tell ya, Ignorance is bliss!

It is a grey area is TV licensing , google has some interesting arguments for and against.

"The law as it stands allows TV Licence inspectors to take you to court if they discover you watching your TV without a licence - even if you agree to pay on the spot.

Last year a staggering 165,000 people were brought before the bench, and 140-odd thousand were given a criminal record for not having their fee.

It means Licence Fee evasion is the most prosecuted of all 'crimes' in England and Wales, with all the costs in court time that uses up."

yes, but in 100% of those cases people have signed a form and basically given the TVL their details.

It is not a grey area, it is black and white, don't speak to them. As it happens I don't watch TV at all, or in fact, recieve a signal, but it applies to everyone.

No tomo , they can't take you to court for not having it, they only can if they see you watching mainstream tv( which is shocking cause its only bbc that charge this extortion payment)backed up by Westminster cause there top posts in the bbc for retired governent officials, they have every angle covered. A f*****g scam the mafia would be proud of. So just cancel and when they chap the door just say I don't watch tv and refuse to pay towards an organisation that is steeped in a child abuse scandal. It's a matter of principle. Don't let them in dont sign anything and your parting words should be, " btw I would be obliged if you didnt come onto my property again sir" . Close the door.
