troter58 1,711 Posted November 1, 2012 Report Share Posted November 1, 2012 lamping not bad on your own but anything happens to the dog i.e broke leg its not easy carry a small lurcher a couple of fields never mind a 25kg dog on your own two people and it/ll be a struggle if your 30mins from car it.d be rough just a thought atb That happened to me last season. 26" saluki lurcher dead on hitting a post lamping. Had to carry him over 5 big fields and fences to get to the car. I was fooked! why carry a dead dog back to car you should have gone to car get a spade and put it under the turf atb Wtf has it got to do with you what he decided to do with his dog?? what he said he carried the dog back over five field me i would have put in the ground where it dropped nobber just saying what i would have done Quote Link to post
