I 've walked hundreds and hundreds of miles all around the lakes.

From Youth Hostelling and Scouts in the 60's and early 70's to hunting withe the Fell Packs

in the late 70's to mid 's and holidaying and poaching in the late 's early 90's

 

When the weather is good, it's Heaven.

When the weather is bad, it's Hell.
