robwelsh 354
Pulsar challenger, with added ir. Ns50 400 quid, both of them. Ns200, 600 quid. Nighteye 350 , cobra Merlin...all these are under 600 Quote Link to post
robwelsh 354
Especially if you only want to use it just for ajrguns out to 60 yrds 1 Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
The NS200 is a very capable unit. The picture quality I would say is far better than the others units around the same price. Quote Link to post

robwelsh 354
si, one of the lads i know done a side by side comparison of the neighteye and ns200, using the ns200 ir (which is the exactly the same ir as nighteye but nighteye has turned it down for battery life) is far far better, the guy nighteye has used a better camera. the guy im on aout has told me to hold off buying anything as in a weeks time he should have the nighteye nv back as the guy has taking it apart and whacked the ir up alot more as it was only on half. iv seen pictures of both side by side , and it like night an day the diffrence, excuse the punn. and the pics were off an iphone so alot better in real time lol. i might be etting the nighteye shortly, not that i need anything over 100yrds, but for the same price as ns50, it be rude not to. atb with what you choose killshot 1 Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
si, one of the lads i know done a side by side comparison of the neighteye and ns200, using the ns200 ir (which is the exactly the same ir as nighteye but nighteye has turned it down for battery life) is far far better, the guy nighteye has used a better camera. the guy im on aout has told me to hold off buying anything as in a weeks time he should have the nighteye nv back as the guy has taking it apart and whacked the ir up alot more as it was only on half. iv seen pictures of both side by side , and it like night an day the diffrence, excuse the punn. and the pics were off an iphone so alot better in real time lol. i might be etting the nighteye shortly, not that i need anything over 100yrds, but for the same price as ns50, it be rude not to. atb with what you choose killshot Yes I cant blame you either pal if your getting something that is better than the NS200 for the price of the NS50. You would be mad not to. If the picture quality is better than the NS200 on the other unit, it will be an awesome picture as the NS200 picture through the screen amazes me every time I look at it. Please see it for yourself first before buying as photos can be enhanced easily on phones and computers buddy to make them look better. I'm not saying this is the case just something for peace of mind for yourself mate. For the test to be a fair test the side by side comparison would need to be done on the same scope in the same ambient conditions. Putting two rifles next to each other with different scopes would not work as NV will work to different degrees through different optics. Also look at guarantee and after service results before you hand over your hard earned cash buddy. Good luck though pal and keep us posted. Si. Edited October 29, 2012 by zini Quote Link to post
