torchey 1,328
Do you need to give them all the information or can they dig it up themselves ,i wouldn,t know where to start, i,m not really one for storing paperwork and letters
Paid 935
I didn't want to give 20% away for what is only really a couple of hours work, so did it all myself following these instructions http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance#steps if this doesn't help just google it, theres loads of sites telling you how to do it im also not one for keeping old paper work, but as long has you have account numbers, the banks themselves should supply all the other info
Mustard. 83
Thanks for your input Paid. When i went to the bank for the loan, they said you'll have to take out this insurance in order to get this loan. {Which was not true} Then after 3 years,i had ten grand left to pay [after paying back 20 grand} when work went tits up and i fell behind on my repayments.I went back to the bank and explained my situation. I said, works gone slack, can you get my insurance to take over for a while. No they said, your not insured if you fall into arrears. What do you make of that?

Paid 935
Despite folk claiming thousand i think you got to be one think fecker to no know the facts of any deals you sign ATB Cookie You are often told that you can not have the loan without the insurance. Reading the small print has little to do with it. p.s you do realise you spelt thick wrong......? Edited October 25, 2012 by Paid
