jayjay 264
Brilliant mate, any chance of seeing her fly sometime? never done much hawking and would absolutly love to! when i get her flying and ready to go, we'll have a day out no problem....... she's manned up and very tame, i'm in the process of getting her out and experiencing the sights and sounds that she is going to encounter, so when i do start dropping her weight, and getting her ready, nothing will be a shock to her and spook her, so far she's doing really well, i wont be expecting to much from her this season......its just a learning curve, will let you know, and we can sort something out, all the best, jay. KenKeeping 13
Did you have any luck on chicks Jay? I pay 8.50 for 200, so probably a bit more than you would want to pay, but the guy in Bridgend gets them regular. He also breeds his own quail and sells them and the quail eggs. The Chics themselves are from honeybrook, but I pay that much as I only have a couple of boxes at a time! Good luck on the birds first outing butt! My Jessy is anchoring to go out so I wont be long venturing into the unknown also, lol. Quote Link to post
