bare footed malaysian girl walking up and down the spine...

Place your left hand on the dinner table. Take a large hammer and smashed it down on your thumb. It wont help your back but by f**k you'll forget about it for 10 mins.........

Windowlene..on repeat prescription

Have you tried a bonesetter.

Famous one over here called O'Neill (pronunced Nail) of Myshal. People travel from all over Ireland to see him.

Obvioulsy your not going to come over here to have your back sorted out, but there might be an equivalent to Nail in your area?

I was going to see one if it doesn't improve, but I forget out of chiropractors and osteopaths which are real and which are charlatans.

Used to be a man from Westport I think by the name McGreal, I had a lot of back problems when I was younger. He came down this way three or four times and had this greasy stuff he'd rub on my back (stop the giggling down the back of class). I half think it was some sort of horse linament, it would burn like a fcuker (and I mean serious, serious heat) for hours, but it always helped. He visited a few people around here from fishermen, to farmers, to roof thatchers, seemed to do the trick. Might be someone like that somewhere near you, get on the jungle telephone and ask around

First off make sure you aint got anything more than " wear and tear " wrong with it.....dont know how old you are but if your up to doing sit ups etc its a fact that stronger abdominals help lower back trouble............other than that a good osteopath is worth there weight in gold ive turned up on their doorstep before barely able to straighten up and half hour later walked out marching like a soldier i shit you not !

Yea Walshie, you would want to know who you are going to alright, you don't want to end up worse than you are.

The doggie or horsey men in your area might know of someone who is good.

I used to be sceptical about these lads, but my wife's people always use them, so I went along for the first time to see and he sorted me out. Very good. Obviously depends on what the problem is but for those aches and pains they seem to be able to do the job.

JohnGalway, there must have been lads like that in every area long ago, who else was going to sort out any sprains or tears that people or animals got from hard work and pulling and dragging.

I've got abs like a Mr. Universe contender...so I would imagine. You could probably see them with an ultrasound. Situps vs painkillers. Hmmm.
