Ferret losing fur

One of my ferrets is losing its fur from its tail

Should i be worried????

If its just from the tail its called rats tail-

Rat Tail (aka Tail Alopecia) is where the tail begins to look like a rat's tail, with scaly skin, sparse, bristly hair, and blackheads. This is a harmless condition with no known causes. Aloevera gel works works well to wipe off the black heads.

Could be an adrenal gland disease that's common in Hobs.

Rats Tail most likely, hormone related (not moult related) but unknown why. As long as the tail hair regrows after winter moult and no further hair loss is noted over the body/any other non-normal symptoms, then really nothing to worry about.
