Not what you we expecting to find

So has anyone ever been out ferreting and ended up with something bolting to the nets that wasn't a rabbit!

 

I've heard tales of foxes bolting into nets and a young boar badger

 

So what have you guys had that's out of the ordinary?

Yes ive been ferreting today bolted twelve rats. Sorted em with the good old .410

Hi a little owl bolt out the hole in to the net. Untangled the little fella and let him go, He gave me a look then landed in the tree behind us and sat watching us. Nice!!

Nearly dived on a huge rat last season in a ditch saw it's big scaly tail at the last minuite luckily : ( bolted a frog once well hopped a frog more like , I have one perticular Jill that will seek rats out if there in there ,

no frogs, but the do squeal like rabbits when something grabs hold of them though
