Where do Stolen Dogs end up ?

So many dogs of all types and breeds get stolen or go missing and completely disappear, puppies could probably be sold fairly easily, some working dogs could be worked or used for breeding along with some pedigree dogs, but so many pets some of them quite old are also stolen, is there a market for these given the number of rescue centres.

 

Is there a market for vivisection ? do they have a value in any food market ? I believe that last year in the UK some thirty or forty dogs a day were reported stolen.

car got stopped over here last week ,it was packed with dozens of presumed stolen dogs heading to england

I can understand this with certain breeds that are in fashion, but some of these are old pet dogs of not much value, and this is not counting the ones that are just listed as missing rather then stolen.

every dog should be chipped if not the police should be called to find out why , there has been cases were the owners have said its not chipped or lost it , its easy you care for yours dogs chip them if the people that steal them cut them out then they should be prosocuted for it no questions asked at all

if they cut them out how would you know they had been chipped either im pissed or old age is coming on sooner than i thought :laugh:
