Where to get a viszla puppy??

Hi guys! I have a question which makes me hesated from where should i buy! I heard that if you buy from a kennel in my area(quebec,ontario) in canada,is a so so idea if you are looking for a good hunting dog,because viszla are not so populated and we reproduce which each other! Therefore we lose there good hunting (origins)?? My second option is to fly in a viszla from hungrian. But if i import they have to be operated, you cant really see them in person get the feel and pick the one! Both come around to the same price. But the viszla from hungry you gotta pay more if you want the certificate, as in canada its included! Thank you in advance for your help!
