Since the Dark nights have drawn in it looks abit down.SO ! I've diagniosed S.A.D. the seasonal disorder... The chemical route I'm trying to avoid,can't be having dog full of " Sunny D tabs " A few sessions on the Sunbed should do the trick ,I'm thinking. But having it on the bed with me ,is getting in the way of my Tan,and it's constantly trying to lick my B****Ks,which is causing a Twitch ...and I'm not wanting to respond to it's advances....That would be taking a Liberty...
