So what exactly happened....???....they were behind you in their car and pulled you over and said they have video evidence of you using your phone whilst driving, when you said you haven't got no phon

Corrupt police......in England.....ive never heard such a ridiculous thing i dont believe you

One way to find a corrupt copper? Pick up the phone and phone your local station, doesn't matter who answers!

Had a similar experience when I was a kid. Some old bitch up the street had a grudge against me and my cousin, anyway long story short she claimed me and him smashed her window with a brick when I was tucked up in bed with the shits all day and night and my cousin was somewhere else entirely.

The c**t that came to my door told me that an old lady's word will always be believed over that of two teens.

And they wonder why they're spat at on the street and called every offensive name under the sun, the f*****g c**ts.

Old Queenies Jubilee must have them scrounging for funds.

Her Majesty's Police,

Her Majesty's Court,

The Crown prosecution,

You.

The House always wins. If they don't its because they want to keep the illusion of that people get 'justice'. All you get is a lighter wallet.

Invoice them! If they don't pay up put them on statutory demand. The beauty is, a statutory demand is corporate and bankruptcy law, much harder for em to wriggle out of.

sorry mate..but invoice them for what? what are they supposed to be paying for? am i just being a dumb ass here

Time. Like solicitors. Cost of letter writing, phone calls. False allegations don't come cheap!

I would give your chief constable a call and put him in the picture asap and tell him that he can check your phone records etc and mention that it may save the force embarrassment when it goes to court as you will take it all the way, explain that the officers told you they had videographic evidence which they would not show you and they made no attempt to locate the phone that you were alegedly using and that they tried to intimidate you by implying that taking the matter to court could cost you £1000. If you were not on any phone then I bet that it goes away..... however if the have a video of you on a phone then you will be fu*ked....Wheather the phone was yours or not.

No matter what happens, they'll look at the evidence, see that i wasnt on any phone, check with my mobile provider and see that the phone wasn't even being used....then it'll get thrown out(hopefully)

If they have no film evidence you are in the clear pal, if they have film evidence it only has to be in your hand. It doesnt matter whether you were on the phone or not. This happened to a buddy of mine and all he was doing was putting it into the phone cradle while he was driving.
