Dear Customer

Thank you for your email.

WHSmith aims to offer our customers choice, whilst striking the right balance and not acting as a censor. WHSmith seeks to do its best to satisfy all of its customers who often have strongly opposing views. We aim to display all of our magazines in locations where they are accessible to those who want to buy them, but do not offend those who do not. The till prompt system has been in place for many years on a range of different products and this has not previously been an issue for customers.

Just go the same email as Nick did from a Doris called Joanne Tyler. Exactly the same, word for word, addressed to "Dear Customer". Can't even be bothered to insert your name. Nice to be in such a good position you can afford to alienate thousands of paying customers and not care.

They should ban cooking magazines, there are dangerous knives in there and people playing with fire and hot oils :icon_eek:

Won't someone think of the children!

And cricket magazines. Cricket bats can be lethal in the wrong hands. And don't get me started on knitting needles.
