AirgunGuy 362
I know it's an obvious 1 but have you tried new batteries? Quote Link to post
bobcullen79 1,495
I know it says swipe the collar with the box, but have you tried just holding it there a couple of seconds? Sometimes I`ll swiipe it and it turns it on and off, and I`ll have to do it again, sometimes twice. I prefer to use the key fob magnet too. Someone on here said its a bigger magnet than the one in the handset, and therefore makes a better contact in the collar. I dont know how true this is, but it works for me. As for a 2nd collar, you can get them pretty much everywhere online, for around the same money, or a cheaper 2nd hand one from ebay..... Quote Link to post
kps1979 1,308
thanks for replys, the batterys are brand new today so there fine, ill have a practice with the magnet but up to now it seems the magnetic on/off switch in the coller seems to be faulty, the guy who i got it off only used it a few times but hes oldschool and prefers his mk1 so i got a bargain anyway!! AirgunGuy 362
I just got a MK3 box and collar a couple of days ago for £70 with recorded delivery which cost £6.50. Delighted with it as it's in excellent condition. I made an offer on a MK1 box and 3 collars on ebay and the reply i got was that they wanted £175 ono. I nearly fell off my chair. In a round-about sort of way i told them to shove it. Why do peolpe think that they can shaft people with these things??? Quote Link to post
