im just wondering what you like and how much bull you like in your dogs for rabbits and foxes (pre ban)

we got 2 1/4 bulls 3/4 greys they are both 100% i had a 3/8 5/8 pup but had to be pts due to a very bad injury

i have 2 bull x's one is a 3/4 grey 1/4 bull and the other is 5/8 grey 3/8 bull they are father and daughter , i did have a first x bull grey bitch but sold her a few month's ago

I was just about to put a thread up about this Alot of dogs Ive seen that would kill foxes just wasnt fast enough to get to the fox How much bull do you need?

got two 1/4 one 3yr one 11month if were allowed could catch everything also my friend has a 1/2 wich can also catch anything slower than mine but still fast enough

BUT REMEBER TO OUT CROSS FROM TIME TO TIME BECAUSE A LITTEL BIT OF BULL GO'S A LONG WAY

yes you prob get odd few who can but as a genral rule, i think 1/2 are to slow for hares/deer [preban] i had a half 20 years ago ,great dog with terriers but bit small/slow for heavy quarry.

my 11 month pup is second cross 1/4 father 1/4 mother hes allready bigger and bullyer than my 1st generation 1/4 just hope he has as much speed . hes alot more game than bandit was at that age more balls!

my friends 1/2 is quite racy, raciest 1/2 ive seen plus dont know the history of the dog so might be less bull than was told?

but still very good dog
