Nice looking dog. Here's my 50/50 a few weeks ago @ 19 lbs

The old dog was fine around the sheep and goats but a complete f****r round the horses, he would grab their tails and hang on for dear life getting the shit kicked out of him.   I remember we came b

should a called him big ears

Gotta love terriers, 16 or so lb of dog and the big hearted f****r ain't got a clue what size he is......puts it into prospective when you see a 70 lurcher with no bollocks.

Good little video that mate

@the breeder. Knowing Gj as I do I'll hazard a guess that he never bred the dog . Also I'll bet he never took the dog on as a worker but as a pet. So to get your answer "why bull" youd have to ask the jack russel bitch lol

You are right always ask the woman

Poor old Marshman :tongue2:

Yes I did breed the dog but had nothing to do with any breeding as such, my EBT got to my old mums pet russell and Fred the b*****d was the result

When the bitch whelped I was laid up with pnumonia, my old mum came and dragged me out of bed to help out, the pup was stuck and I literally pulled it out of her

She recovered well, just the one pup who grew and grew

This was around the time i discovered earth dogs as opposed to ratters and had thought I had a cracker, what I actually had was a fecking liability of a dog who would attack anything that got close enough

Bull in a good working terrier line, quite a lot of good working lines have a bit of bull in them, all line bred dogs tend to lose a bit of lustre every generation hence the need for outcrossing, if a line is lacking in an area where a bit of bull blood will bring a benefit then why not
