1 that keeps the man thats feeding it happy

one that gives 100% on any quarry , biddable, loyal,

a great dog has to be fast, clever, plenty of wind, strong and able to do the dishes lol . as long as it makes you happy mate thats great in my book.   I NEVER WANTED THE BEST DOG JUST THE BEST OU

A great dog to me is the perhaps the bet dog there is but a dog tht even once retired or dead still lives in both genetically and thoughtfully. A dog that stocks in your mind when things happen, things that would be trivial to most of people but when a rabbit is caught on a field and you think of that dog or when there offspring no matter how many generations away from the 'great' dog does something you think of tht dog.

A great dog is a loyal dog that has bought joy to the owner and perhaps other people in one way or another

what sexually................? :icon_eek::laugh:

A dog that does not no when too quit and gives me 110 % and does not f**k about In coming back

Soon as I read that I though gotta be a courser and gotta own saluki x's lol

Op for me it's a dog that doesn't know how to fail, don't matter how much it's in favour of the quarry the dog always pulls it out the bag. Catch rate is also a massive thing for me

Never had a bullx but don't think I'd say no too one if the space in my kennels came up but it would need too be a real race type for me with a good bit of stamina for my type of ground
