I eat chicken like its going out of fashion, with rice, pasta or noodles. Trying to eat healthy all the time is a struggle too. I take creatine and try and drink 2 500ml Extreme Mass Protein shakes everyday. I have kept at the same weight pretty much but seen massive differences in my body shape and good gains on lifts in the 8 months ive been doing it...... 4 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
