Decoying ducks help please

I have some permission that runs up the side of a waterworks sewage plant

There's a couple of large ponds with about 40/50 ducks on them you wouldint be

Able get shooting on there for safety reasons ,, they fly around coming over

On my permission but there very high 70+yards would I be able to decoy them

On to a grass or stubble feild

if you got a set up with duck decoys and a caller on the stubble field they would come in even better if there is a wet hole in it, try youtube
