Sub 12ft/lb .25

Recommended Posts

Hi Lads

I've been messing around with the chairgun software and it turned out that a 21.6 grain pellet scoped in at 25 yards with 4x zoom would need roughly half a mildot for every 5 yards up 45 yards.

The BSA Pylarm pellets at 18.3 grain came out at one mildot at 40 yards and two at 50 yards.

Has anyone tried a sub 12 ft/lb .25 air rifle?

I was told by someone on another forum you need to be spot on with your range finding with .25 @ 12ftlbs and the best way to do that is use a range finder and practice a lot or you could be out as much as a couple of inches at ranges up around the 40yrd mark. He said he can hit a 20mm kill zone on a knock down target @ 47yd all day off a rest.
