Thats why i would never go there, not saying its got to be worker-worker either, as most lines start with 1xs .just rather have pup from parents that been out in the fields thats seen bit of quarry .! Might get myself slated for this but do you think it makes a difference what the parents have seen. Not that I am a fan of 24/7 kennelling. My poor dogs get dragged out at least 2x a day even if it's only for 10 mins in a Blizzard (regardless of whether they want to or not! ). However surely a lot of how a dog behaves comes from natural instinct and how it is raised. If it is taken from the parents at 8 weeks and raised in a working environment surely it will learn behaviour from it's owner and other dogs. What I mean is if a dog comes from a breed with a hunting instinct that instinct can not be simply bred out of it by not allowing previous generations to hunt. Quote Link to post
