Kind of agree with a the last couple of comments to a degree.

 

Lesson learned I guess. Be careful where you Rehome dogs!

 

If she doesn't want to give you the dog back then not much you can do. It's hers now I'm afraid.

go see a solicitor get a letter sent to her saying you will take her to a small claims court if she does not cough up the money or return the dog, she will panic and give you the dog back, sounds like she got no money anyway, and if that don't work go kick her head in, woman or not you don't treat animals like that, then give yourself a swift kick up the ars for letting her have it in the first place

There no proof you sold the dog to her I'd imagine you got the dog chipped when it was a pup it will be registered in your name ? . Your obviously scarred of her or you would have got it back by now how old are you ?

This should be a lesson not to give dogs away to f*****g crazy weirdos then......cause lets face it you knew she wasn't the full shilling when you handed over the dog. Hopefully the dog is with you for life now and gets back to normal.
