Do you seriously think a pocket rocket would kill 4 adult foxes on the monday then be ready to do the same the night after?? dogs for jobs pal and the pocket rocket aint a serious fox dog..sugar coat

Its not just about catching foxes or any other quarry, its almost more important that a dog can get the job done quickly and humanely which is where a bigger dog will win every time IMHO

It's vital how a dog finishes a job, no one in their right mind wants a f*****g bloodbath for dog or quarry.

lampimg foxes what a joy , its nice to see different types of dogs doing what they are bred for like most foxing men the bull x greyhound was the preffered breed used to go out 3,4 or evenmore times lamping a week plus daytime bushing and digging agger dog took the work load easier but a mate of mine had a little bull /beddy whippet type only 19inch to the shoulder when he used to drive down with this bitch i used to get quite exvited this little bitch would breack her neck to get a fox fair enough she didnt have the build for more than 1 or 2 but h

er heart was more than willing the thrill watching this little girl run was immense great memories great dogs big nd not so big

but jb there where dogs before them, the first bullxs werent bred til 82 and there was plenty of people doing good numbers before them

Where do you get you timeline from, SHH ?? I can ASSURE you there were Bull X's around here at least 10 year before that, ( yes, APBT x Greyhound).

Cheers.

I dare say with any cross it's not the dog thats in the fight it's the fight that's in the dog.

I was offered a Bull cross in '72, my brother had a pure bred bitch and my mate had at least 3 pure bred dogs in the early 70's.

Cheers.
