I leave mine out of the freezer for a few hours before feeding it to them (dog and ferrets) but if it's still slightly frozen I'll still give it to them, don't see why not. Quote Link to post
gnipper 6,487 Posted October 2, 2012 Report Share Posted October 2, 2012 I know I'm not alone in feeding frozen stuff to the ferrets as I've read of others doing it on here, frozen meat in warm weather doesn't stay frozen very long. Frozen stuff is ok for the dog too I just drop it in a bucket of water for a bit to take the ice off it and then give it them, obviously I'm talking chicken carcasses here not blocks of mince.
