Is he blind?

hahaha, i remember i had a little whippet dog, the first time i took him out, the first slip he run over the brow of a hill and ran straight into a fallen tree, his second run he ran into some farm implements, his 3rd slip he ran into a water trough, and on his last slip, as he was running, he stood on a branch and what a whack he got in the nuts, but not an injury on him, hard as nails

I'm new to the running dogs too mate and have a cracking wee Whippet. Had him out about half dozen times on the lamp and he's doing well. Hasn't managed to get his 1st kill yet but he's keen as mustard...is running well and comes and lies at my feet on command
