hi i am wanting to no do beddy x whippets have any behavioural problems and are they hard to train

Nope and no. Mine seem to be a very clever little dog,, only 19 weeks but very sharp and clever.

 

Little bugger though, but no worse than any boistrous pup

mine will take the piss if a command isnt said firm enough and she doesnt want to do it, but i guess thats the same with any pup.

excellent dog to have. mines 8 weeks old and already toilet trained (will howl at bk door to go out) and recalls

1st lurcher i had was a beddy whippet, my dad got her me. Great little rabbiting bitch she was, even put some of the bigger dogs to shame. took the odd hare in the day. sadly she escaped and we never seen her again. easy enough to train, just hunted up the odd time...

They might yap if started to soon. Very loyal "one man" dogs, game for anything.

Mine was very easy to train but can be headstrong, they can go through a very akward stage between 8-12 months or there abouts when they get very rebellious you have to stick with it, you tend to get a few for sale around this age but they do settle down again and make good dogs.

just got mi self a pup first cross from pennymeadows its only 13 week and all ready a good little bitch.very quite in kennel and so far been easy to train on recall and the sit command.
