Looks a very strong dog , hasn't half grown alot since the last pics I saw , bet she has a bloody good nose on her , should be a handy dog , should be a good bushing /ferreting dog

Aye mate, she has started to flush pheasants now, when im out on the shoot dogging in. I've held her back to concentrate on the obediance, but am now letting her run places where there are a few. She flushed the first couple by accident, and then started following the line to them, and is now hunting them in ernest, running a line well, and following it through cover.

Today for the first time i took her to a place with a few rabbits and from across the field i saw one run into a small copse, i took her over and let her run it through and she picked up the scent pretty quick and ran it to a hole, which she immediatly tried to wedge herself down, and was then obessed with, i had to drag her away.

She spends her whole time with nose glued to floor.

I'm going to keep holding her back though and go slow with her, concentrating on obediance, and trying to get her biddable.
