Not a car to be trekking long trips in, but if you need a motor to bang around lanes and rough stuff they are bloody good. They do attract a bit of attention from certain quarters. andy s410c 61 Posted September 30, 2012 Report Share Posted September 30, 2012 Between the Turbo & N/A there's very little difference in MPG.Running a XT at the moment,getting around 280-300 miles from a full tank.Don't boot it much as it'll really drink the juice.Never had any problems with it & it's a great drive. kanny 20,769 Posted September 30, 2012 Report Share Posted September 30, 2012 i had a legacy for many years it was quite a rare 2..4 4 x cam thingy ( im not into cars lol)..it didnt half shift and it never got looked after and lasted years but damm it was a greedy MF! ive got a old 2.4 merc now and thats not half as greedy as the scooby was.
