My dad has held his shotgun liscence for over 30 years now an immediete family member is serving a sentence tho she doesnt live with him at the moment (obviously) it couldnt be ruled out in the future would this affect his application cheers. If they do, and they'd have thought anything about it they may have revoked his shotgun certificate. I wouldn't worry about it. I understand that the FAC app id different from the SGC app, as you have to have a good reason, but they would be harsh to refuse an FAC bearing in mind that he'd held an SGC for so long. That is , of course, as long as the imprisoned relative is not a hit person for the Cosa Nostra, specialising in centrefire rifle assassinations!! Quote Link to post
