gamerooster 1,179
i am sure your dog will be a good little mooching dog, seen some top class bedlington crosses, woudlent mind one myself, but it would have to be crossed with a greyhound for me, they usually have no fear hunting cover, and are usually decent dogs on the feather to!!! sam007 34
I have been using a beddy whippet cross for over 50 years and would have nothing else. I must explain that I am strictly a ferreter but I have known some good lamping Beddy x Whips However, I think you need to start them on the lamp before the ferrets . All I have known started the other way tend to hunt on when on the lamp. I prefer a Beddy X to a pure Whip(had both) as I believe they have a better nose. and a little more aggression But they can be bloody stubborn. Cheers Sam 2 Quote Link to post
