was looking on their website at the quickset longnets, they seem reasonably priced, has anyone had any dealings with them? recommended?

I have and cannot fault their service, that said I have only bought poles of them. The postage is a bit high, but, that is not down to them they do not set the postage cost R. Mail do.

I bought 2x50yrder in ine basket and a stop net off them back in august cannot fault the gear however the service leaves alot to be desired took an age to actually contact Liam after ri ging emailing and texting Liam eventually rang me back I placed my order which took an age to come after yet more phone calls and texts when it did come there was no stop net in the package which I had payed for ??? Yet more texting ringing and emailing and it eventually came, I now have a quality bit of kit but would I order again

I may add Liam was very charming and apologetic on the phone and had his reason............. But why would he be anything less !

waited for ages for my order to arrive, i'd never buy from them again. i don't like the basket they make, nets snag on those too easy especially in the wind. Try nelson in the where to buy nets thread, i got a 50 yarder off him. Fantastic bit of gear and much cheaper than brinded.

I had the same problems. It took around 8 weeks and loads of phone calls before I got my quick-set. Nice bloke but rubbish service.

Net loft folded years ago, try Masterhunter immacullate piece of kit and good to deal with

thanks for the comments, i decided on a 25 yd 4 oz 100% bagging traditional longnet from bridport, and got 4 poles, then just going to make my own basket, 44 squid happy days!

OK you'll struggle with 4 poles, 6 would be far better

looks ok but i would want 4z as its what i prefer. the remark about 4z only being good for golf courses is rubbish in my opinion i use it all over and only realy had problems on stubble when i traved south to net.

 

he does have 1 negative feedback saying there are not enough poles with the net and 16 will not be adequate
