MuddyPaws! 27 Posted September 25, 2012 Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 Evening chaps A few months ago I broke the charger to my battery and to be honest forgot all about it. I had it up for sale and as the gauge wasn't lighting up I thought I best try and get it charged to make sure it's all in order. So went to maplin and told the guy what's what he picked out a few chargers for me and tried them all.. (Various ah) unfortunately it didn't charge. He suggested that it could be a special charger with it being lithium? I didn't think this matters haha.. Can anyone shed any light on this or maybe help me out in anyway? A mate of mine had the same problem with a battey that was stood still for a few months and found a vid on youtube for fixing drill batteries and it worked on his lamp battery. It's a 12v 14 ah battery I nee to know for defo if you can only use deben chargers.. Don't want to order one and it still not work if you know what I mean haha.
