If she was to be convicted for a crime it would be in a youth court and she would be tried as a Juvenile as she is a child.. At 15 she probly dose know what she is doing however will fail to acknowledge the ramifications of her actions.. The man has over a course of months if not longer, has groomed this girl and if it was not her it could of been a younger lass.. As a teacher or in fact any decent grown man, you would expect him to have the moral decorum not to act on his inappropriate thoughts~ feelings for the girl..
