Politely ask Brian May if he will bring along his guitar and play a sweet but hypnotic melody which the badgers can not resist as he walks off into the distance the brocks will follow him like the pied piper of hamelee

On a serious note no chemicals can be used as they are illegal due to the high level of protection given to this species, the only thing would be to use something like a PIR with a high pitched sounder that are used to scare unwanted pests or fencing?

I don't believe that for one minute! If asked to remove some Badgers that were causing damage, Brian may would simply inform you that Badgers don't do any damage, it'll be the farmers that are the problem

strips of hesian sack soaked in diesel helps keep things of game crops including deer and badgers.

if you make a sewlyn line out of it, but it can also deter game birds so dont forget to lift it.

i have only comented as you asked for advice not stupid and irrisponsible replies.

Why ask such a silly question on an open forumYou know they are a protected animal and its illegal to go near them unless your a licenced person with a licence to cull. Why did you not just get shut of them without mentioning it to anyone and nobody would be the wiser..
