Someone help me with info on "Original " telescopic sights please,

Model 70, etc,

Where were they made, when etc etc ,,any good optics ?

 

I had one years ago and remember it ti have been pretty good, but are they still made,, if so have they been punted to China for el cheapo produceo ??
