CZ 425 misfire

Recommended Posts

I say misfire but didn't fire at all twice. This may be an easy answer to some but only held my fac for a week and new to using .22lr. I was out earlier with the gun and was in a position for a easy bunny shot! Pulled trigger and nothing, I then checked safety was not still on, cocked again and it spat out a round untouched. Again nothing happend after second shot? took out the mag and cocked gun to take other round out. Put mag back in cocked and fired no issues for rest of the night????

The two rounds that nothing happend were in good nick and fired later on when re loaded?

did you put a few of all different brands of ammo through it?

it sounds crazy, but not all rifles are the same, my mates 452 loves winchesters, my 452 hates them, and therefore I use eleys, dont take anyones word, you need to try for yourself and find out

my semi auto on the otherhand loves winchesters

Just bought it so will try other rounds as using Winchester sub sonics but only happened twice and didn't know about leaving the bolt spring out. Just bought it so might ask gunshop to replace the spring if it happens again! Cheers for the advice guys!
