Got my Micarta handled feildcrafter a few days ago after telling the Mrs to scrap the kindle hd and get me a knife. Very nice, cheers Matt. Ive finally allowed her to wrap it now... Any chance of one of those little file knives reddawn had, with the rubber neck sheath please. No rush though..

ha ha , good little tool then if its safe for young uns to !

il do an order guys probably be in 420 stainless steel (sergical) so no rusting and no need for handles can just para cord wrap them or leave them plain . might go with bead blasted finnish to .

 

 

oh as a side note iv just found 2 of they key tangs and the very very last forrest and feild blank . they where all hidden away .

if your quick i can get them posted to you asap and you will get them before the big day or next day delivery if you pay for it .

this is me covering my arse !! a friend is comiong over to have a look at this tomorrow , but if he dont want it will be fore sale at £100 posted next day delivery , so its officialy on hold for now , but if its not sold will be available .

hand forged damascus and burl/curly birch buffalo horn and brass handle , with hand made sheath .

steels or o1 and high narbon nickel steel . the blades made of 5 seperate bars , 3 twisted in different directions to each other and two straight laminates at spine and cutting edge , this was going to be my knife but i simply have not made enough money this year to afford it !!

 

if the friend does have it then at least iv shown it off !

Thats well smart mate, probaly the best one you have shown us! Once I have finished my blade would you be able to make me a sheath? I really like the look of the ones you make!

yeah no problem . il need the finnished knife to get a nice fit tho .

im glad you like the knife . the last two are more along the lines of what i will be making next year .

thanks i like it very much to , my grandfather just looked at it and said in the flesh its hard to say which is better the pattern in the steel or the wood !!

 

everything is now sold fellas that it from me for 2012 im just working on one last knife for a local lad then im done , im gonna have a nice break get drunk eat to much and just relax for a week or two , then back at it in the new year and try to make this bigger and better than ever before !!

 

a big thank you to all of you for your support and custom its all been very welcome after the hard work but the support mean alot !!

cant you tell everything this guy does is made by him and wow, ive seen plenty of knifes and had a fine collection myself,but most knifes look like kit for machined stuff with mosiac bought pins and bought blades put together which any one can do ,but your work is time effort and all hand made great stuff there not easy to do at all when everything is fabricated by your self, i mess with wood all hand done and its hard work so i know how much effort youve put into it brill, heres a few pics of stuff i made

im all finnished up now bought all my presants just the food to get tonight .

popped a hare with me new shotgun this evening got home and the mrs tells me my cousin just killed himself !!! leaveing two young kids and mrs .

dampens the spirits to say the least !
