skycat 6,173
Me too: old bugger with knackered body: I used to be very strong for a woman: my dad had me helping build our houses as a teenager: all that mixing cement by hand and lugging concrete blocks took its toll in the end , that and falling off horses and too many nights lamping, days digging: those were the days, now too much for an old fart

Malt 379
off topic........... not really mate, it's just proving how people who meet on the net can form proper, genuine friendships and helps explain why so many of us can feel an emotional response at a time like this towards someone we've never actually met in the flesh.. I'm sure it won't stray far..
Aaron Proffitt 142
Damn ...hate to hear of this. God's speed, Craigyboy.
skycat 6,173
off topic........... Sorry! Death has a habit of reminding us of our own mortality, especially us older ones. I'm sure that Craigy would want us to live each moment to the full, I sure hope that he did.
Mrs Mole 74
I'm in shock, read and laughed at so more of his replies to threads on here over the past 18 months or so. THL is poorer for losing a member like Craigyboy, RIP, my thought are with his friends and family at this sad time.. i'm about the same age as Craig, makes you value life a little more when you hear of something like this. Anyone doing a collection for his family give me a shout, it would be a honour to donate in memory of such a fair minded gentleman as Craigyboy.

albert64 1,882
thats the thing with this site you actually get to know people without meeting them you learn about there lives , family's and value's and whats friendship without the piss taking and banter lurcher 1 summed it up in saying he'd take a 1-0 loss this weekend, cos thats what mates do, you certainly went up in my estimation lurcher 1 and some body on here said he met him on carrington i've walked carrington for at least the last 20yrs who knows we might of bumped into each other and passed the time of day but we both would'nt of known but i do know one thing he's left a lasting impression on here and lurcher1 he'll be screaming that ball in the back of the net i'm certainly gonna have a few for him on sunday
