Falconry Equipment Suppliers Any Problems With Them

Hi guys ive been trying to find a decent company to purchase some hawking/falconry equipment.

 

Which ones have you guys had dealings with have they been any good as in

 

1 Customer Service

2 Delivery Time

3 Delivery Price

4 Quality Of Products

5 Price of Product

 

And all over experience in dealing with the said supplier ?

 

Be nice to find out just from our compiled list whos to deal with and whos to avoid i have a few in mind but would like to know some of the dealings you guys have had also Thanks in advance.

For equipment i use west weald falconry very good prices, quick delivery and great service all togther.

used Talons and Feathers the other week, think they fairly new outfit, I needed some gear in a rush and ordered a fair bit at 11am friday, due to me not having paypal, didn't get paid for until 1.30pm, still arrived saturday before 11am, I never paid mad postage to get it next day, these people simply posted on blind faith that the money would be paid, which it was lol stuff came and its all good, prices where excellent, even a hood keyring chucked in, would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone,

 

Ben long also been a plavce Ive used and always been spot on as well.

BTW seen a few complaints on IFF about Bulletjesses someone been selling on net and at shows, not sure which company makes or sells but a few have lost birds due to defecttive toggles, might be worth looking into if you just bought some this summer at a show, likesay no nmaes simply cos I dont know yet

i used to use due north falconry the blokes called ged wales nice bloke knows alot about the game look him up worth a shot

Over the years ive used

and more recently Falconry Fabrications, i sent an order to them 2 weeks ago and i had a email stating my order has been shiped.."great news be here no time" Wrong,

I rang them up and said "could i place an order please for some bells glove and scale,he said "yes no problem let me get a pen and paper for you details" when i placed the order i said to him " if i order these now how long will they take ? he said " order these now and you will have them tomorrw"...so i then said " Well where the fu.. are my scales then its been 2 weeks and still not here he then said i didnt put the full address on the form he had my email address, post code, house number and my mobile phone number ? so if i had made an erroer why didnt he just ring me and re do the order ?? i had enough of being fobed off so i decided to contact my bank and start to retrieve my money back,i told him this on the phone yeastardy and guess what they arrived today,im not saying "not to use this company" but be warned when i did a check on them a few other people have had a simular experiance with them,i must confess the scales are SPOT ON AND VERY GOOD QUALITY...but never again.

try wild wings, they make there own gloves and other leather work, also sell good quality bow and block perches, they are based in warrington, www.wild-wings.net, hope this helps you out
