lloydus 29
Anybody work in the CCTV game? I want to get a camera for the garden or kennel. Looking for some recommondations on budget end of scale. I did have a wireless camera in my nursery which was pretty good for close range, about £60 I think but it packed in. Cheers. Rake aboot 4,936
Bear in mind you need permission from the cops to put a camera up externally. (possibly only if it can look onto public land ) Not 100% about this but know a couple who have had KB`s from the cops about putting them up ATB

Strong Stuff 2,171
Maplin stores have some mega offers on CCTV cameras, was looking the other day, but they are a bit big to put in the neighbours bathroom lol. Maplin have some serious geeks working in their stores so they can tell you pretty much everything ......... they do get twitchy when you ask for a mini cam to go under the rim of the toilet though hahahaha

I would have though it's only an issue if it's facing someone elses private property? i.e. if you have it on your house but it also covers part of your neighbours garden? Thats kinda what I meant bud.. Not sure about footpaths etc, but a mate certainly got a visit cause the house opposite complained and he had to take it down, In fact I think it was the council that dishes out the permission to fit them, not the cops, It was the cops who told hime to take it down though.
