whippet 99 2,613
its up to the landowner who they let on there land ............................tough shit otherwise .......................if you got a problem speak your query with the owner .................... trouble is these days people think because there in a country job or position .......................they have priority ...............horse shite had the hunt i follow ask land owner to stop me going on the land .........................my good friend told them to f**k off.............he still wont tell me who it is .....................for obvious reasons...............................i have my suspect, and the truth is you respect the land and quarry more than some of the idiots on the hunt ,there their own worst enemy and they got the cheek to ask a land owner that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,more jealousy i suspect Quote Link to post

South hams hunter 8,922
whippet i worked hard to get the land i have and as you can see have be very vague in the places i have put and theres a large gap between some off those places. i turnt up smartly dressed, spoke respectfully, even did some work on a few places there. the land i have is not on ANY big commercial shoots but small humble farms that have been overlooked by alot of people. So leveller if you see the lamp you may be seeing me Quote Link to post
MOO 730
I had a morning out with the ferrets and the bitch, left home in the dark to avoid the heat, the ground is like iron so there's no chance of doing any lamping so a few hours out with the ferrets will help the bitch to "keep her eye in" and today I know how Jesus Christ felt when they nailed him to a cross after pushing the long net poles into the ground. Sorry there is no end of the day pic but I don't feel it's right to boast so you'll just have to believe me cause I said so sic Hows it bred ? 1 Quote Link to post
Guest Leveller
Lines go right back to plummers Merle/Mick the miller x bull grey bull whippet bull bull bull Quote Link to post
WILF 47,052
If leveller didn't get into fields with cattle he would have no sex life what so ever !....lol lol I believe this is that pups first season and if the owner chooses to go steady with it with regards to what he is running it on then that's down to him...... See leveller, whe you are going wrong is only having the one dog to work, what you should really have (if you were any kind of hardcore dog man at all) is a catch dog, a chase dog with no bottle, a dog with loads of bottle that can't catch, a bull x for big stuff, a whippet for small stuff and an old retired dog that is there just in case you bust the others..........do you know nothing man?? 3 Quote Link to post
Guest cookiemonsterandmerlin
Always makes me laugh when landowners say is your dogs stockbroken The fecking livestock generally is more dangerous to dogs than other way round . ATB Cookie 1 Quote Link to post

South hams hunter 8,922
Well her and the dogs my friends own. Some serious game in certain parts, counted 34 foxes, 47 roe and 72 badgers plus more rabbit and hare than you can shake a stick at. Especially toward chard and crewkerne Quote Link to post
WILF 47,052
Only the 72 badgers?.....strange, I thought there would have been more. 3 Quote Link to post
