listen mate im by far an expert on dog health or anything to do with dog's to be honest but i like to put a bit of effortinto what the dog eats epecially as she was graffting hard. i like the hill's

Can it be done? Is it possible? Everybody has there own ideas....... But now we have the answer.   3 lads I know have been away for a few days up north,,, the first night Monday they had 110 ,with

just been having an interesting read and its funny how folk make so many assumptions WITHOUT knowing ANY of the facts, for the lads who say it's boring then feel free to go read the post's about let'

IT is good to here of the mention of the type a snappin etc , theyre on . But i believe the constitution of the animal breeding etc , some hols condition better than others with big work loads , take a look a the animal of lioydys on those pics and i doubt they do the animal justice , fabulious animal bred for the hard sessions , atb bunnys.

could dogs do the ton half way through the season or 3 parts through the season when the rabbits are harder to catch cos they are lamp shy

First time we did the ton,,, was at the end of October, 2009',,, granted that was two dogs,, and last year our two best scores of 90 and 101 came in December , the 101 was on the 29th of dec....ok that was 3 dogs,,, but mine had 53' that night.

My own view is that the dogs could do the same again,, even later in the year,,,..............the big issue is if the rabbits are still there, and haven't been killed by other hunters , disease or preditors.........of course they still need the correct weather conditions

TOMO the thing is people do believe what you tend to write, its because you always gave a true account ,regardless of wether you looked good in it or not,so respect to yourself and crew,as for the idiot DAZ IS REFERING TO iassume hes pointing at me,,i said the lamping game has become a numbers game,as well as alot in it for there own egos,i also said NO OFFENCE MENTmeaning it was not aimed at the post ,its a truthful statement that i stand by,and unless you think there is nobdy out there thats in it for there own glory, well then disagree, ounce again it was not ment to cause offence to anybody on the post, but aye some people are touchy

what do you expect when you mention ego's before we have even had the chance to post,

yet you go on lurchers and longdogs and blow smoke up the bricks arse now that is an ego dont

get us mixed up with that idiot we actually did do what we say we did and not one was frozen lol

I NEVER SAID IT WAS NOT DONE,actually mate it has been done long before this post ever came here,it is a good achivement,i not doubting that, but the fact still remains that alot are out there for the glory of how good they are,as im sure you must of come by in your time, thats if your old enough,as for me blowing smoke up the bricks arse as you call it,i have no problem with the fella,he seems a straight enough fella, alot dont like him for what ever reason, but aye thats there problem, dont make it mine,DAZZ why do you hide behind a different name on LLF,TOMO DOES NOT ,OR DO I,and i said the same thing to markbrick about the numbers game,,on LLF,i didnt see him throwing a tantrum,it looks as if your looking for someone to blow smoke up your arse aye mate,

Theres more to hunting life than catching 100 coneys with one dog in a night ,but we should all be striving to get best from ourselves and our dogs and learning from ourselves and others .

I think the lesson here is not about how the dogs where fed trained conditioned for hunting etc.

Its about the hunters themselfs and how they conduct themselfs in life generally to get the permission of this area that has allowed them to hunt a great population of coneys in first place thats somethink that does not happen by chance it happens with hard work gaining the permission.

I have read many jealous replies to many good bags on the internet on this site and others and always thought if them lads talk to landowners keepers in that way there feck all chance of them gaining the goldust of quality permission that most crave .

ive been lucky that ive met some decent blokes on these sites especially the 2 lads who i did this trip with, but im like most folk ive struggled

for numbers when i needed them for a pup, ive got a decent amount of permission but the numbers just arnt there anymore and a bag of 20 between

2 dogs is a good shift, Tomo offered me a chance to run on his permission twice and that was just what my young dog needed and was a god send,

that is the reason i let the bloke know exactly what we had on our trip and any details he wants if he decides to do it himself............also during the summer

i spen a full day knocking on doors and got some half decent permission that i would share with any of these lads and i think Tomo would vouch he has had an offer

anytime he likes even though he has better land than me the offer still stands anytime he wants to, LIKE IVE SAID BEFORE THATS WHAT THE SITES SHOULD BE ABOUT!!!

i think your wrong ........................having the dogs in the right condition plays a huge part in there capabilities......................especially doing it night after night...........

why are you talking about lessons for?...................the lads have great permission fair play to them ..............

they do the best for the dog and the dog does the best for them.......................reap the rewards.........

same old story its who you know alot of the time.........as permission goes...........
