depends on the land/time of year/wind though mate, I have not done it myself or seen it done but if walking into a strong wind half of those could have been picked straight out of their seat.

One of the scottish islands i would have thought with the ease to catch that amount of rabbits though fairplay to them its still some graft in anybodys book.

A decent dog could pick up 6 clappers in 4 mins drop them in your hand and not run 100 yards. Your next maths calculation?

ive never been that jealous of somebody elses dog that i would want to sit and calculate exactly how many rabbits it catches per minute so i could try and disprove them. cant wait to see pics that will really get the crabby folks going

Brilliant effort by men and dogs,I guess these lads weren't just your one for the pot hunters then? Haha...the guys have my full respect as do the dogs..not been alot of "proper" weather for lamping dogs so top honours to the lads for being able to have their dogs in the condition to do such a feat...excellent stuff.ATB Andy

i'll explain why i find it hard to believe. i'm not saying it never happened but with age comes a built in radar to question great feets of achivement you haven't witnessed and is told to you only third handed. i have never seen that many rabbits on a night out and i do travel to find them.

Iam assuming they are on the most northerly isles where the rabbits are a plague whats hard to believe?
