Licence revoced, how do i get it back?

I had my firearms and shotgun licence revoced two years ago, In the end i didnt get charged with anything, Want to get them back now, Whats the best way to go about it?

Paulus, I know I could just send a re application in, I was wondering if any of the shooting organisations etc offer any help, Or send refereces with application, any one with experience on this?

speakwith your local feo he should be able to , give you a good idea if your lickely to be getting it back..

Was on bail for 7 months, They took guns off me as a precaution, then because it went on so long they revoced it.

That would depend on why he didn't get charged and what the alleged offence was. As already mentioned contact feo.

basc dont issue fac go ask the feo or make an appointment with the chief constable for your area

BASC won't do anything to help you mate,but to get a better idea you really need more info,but it is right what people are saying speak to the FEO and see how the land lies as far as they are concerned,and if you still need help then join SACS as you get £100,000 worth of legal cover.
