quagmire 6
Hi I have just gained permission on a 10 acre potato field which has pond in the middle. The farmer is currently harvesting the potatoes, once they are finished will geese land to eat the remenance of the crop or would it more likely pigeons etc. Many thanks in advance Joe
remi700 99
There's no saying whether they will or wont, the only thing that knows that is the geese. Keep your eyes on it. They mightn't touch it or you mightn't be able to get them shot off it. It's just the way they are. There's fields round me that hold geese every year and there's fields beside them twice the size with better feeding and just as quiet and you wouldn't see a goose on them from one years end to the next. Strange birds!! Atb Mark
