Can you not afford a torch just to start of with I have an old clulite lamp here I can send that down to you for nothing but I can't find the battery for it .if someone has a battery for one and willi

Found my deban belt with 2 batteries on it iv took it to a sparky and he's going to check the clulite lamp and hopefully wire it up to the batteries and get a charger sorted out pm sent . Jim

It'll be a couple of months before I can afford a lamp so just trying to make the best of it until then. getting in between warren and bunny won't be easy, but I hear what you're saying and will give it a go. People walk dogs in the field too, so the rabbits are probably quite flighty from this. Cheers for taking the time to answer.

My permissions are golf courses and areas where peolpe regularly take dogs so there's people on them during the day and the rabbits stay below ground but come dusk they're out. Definitely best to get a lamp on these sorts of perms and go after them at night ;-)

thats the way mate i check out all the playing feilds around my way where there are people all day long so the only time the rabbits have time to come out is after dark ive checked there first light but there was already a few people up there walking there dogs its ideal i can go there every night and its a dead sert there will be rabbits out !!

ive had a couple of mooches about last few week late afternoon around 3.00 to 4.00 plenty about but too quiet and and too much growth and they do runners back into the bushes,dogs had a few tiny runs after them nowt great.

 

still new to this like but all good fun going to get a decent bunny dog next time round.
