hi all. Im pretty new to hunting with hounds but getting to the stage were i'm struggling to communicate with my friends when i'm out and the hounds pick up on something. any tips on what to use makes,ranges that sort of thing. mobile phones don't allways work. any feed back would be welcome.

try and get motorola gp300,s theyre the best radio that motorola made,you should get them cheap enough on either ebay or a radio hire shop might sell you some secondhand ones i wouldnt pay anymore than 40-50 pounds for them,and they will work anywhere even in thick woods,where the cheap ones dont always workthere was a lad on here selling two of them a while back ,i shall try and find him for you,atb wf

And remember the most Important Thing......MIND who you give them to .....Sensible members of the team.. :whistling: you dont want to be distracted by Constant Radio Traffic. :rolleyes:

recieving over. :thumbs: lol. anyone used the binotone 950? gonna check out the motorolla on ebay

we use 950's never had a problem with them and they are tough when looking for a lost beagle up in the forestry i have been able to speak to my wife back at home about 2miles away :victory: Edited by terrier410
