Nobachop 0
Same on my patch 3 weeks ago watched around 20 rabbits at last light, near a fairly long warren. Ive been out past 3 evenings/nights and not a dicky bird!! Did stalk a hare earlier tho but let the chap go! Quote Link to post
Whizzie 38
One of main permission numbers are well down, but then i've hit it hard, as per landowners instructions & its had mixy. Generally numbers round here seem to be pretty good. A small permission (7 acre) i've left alone all summer is now plentiful. On my other permission they're running round in gangs!! R.A.W 1,987
really struggling in my part of south east wales. still some small populations but any were with large numbers soon gets wiped out by myxie. feel sorry for the younger hunters around that can't travel. lets just hope rabbits build up more resistance to such a wasteful disease. pianoman 3,587
It's been a really poor show on mine. There was mixy on my shoot last year and the numbers really suffered. This week I'm going out to an area of Barley fields I haven't shot over for about a year that's just been harvested. But I'm not holding out much hope of a large bag. More likely will be one or two if I'm lucky. The weather this year hasn't helped much. Any sign of rain and the rabbits here are nowhere to be seen. Still, must get out and carry on eh chaps?! All the best. Pianoman Quote Link to post

hotshot2me 31
I usually see Rabbits straight out of my back window on my backyard permission as i call it only 157 yards to the far fence, but i haven't seen one for weeks and no one else shoots it so you can't blame that. I have not over shot this permission as i was letting them build up, only taken 2 or 3 over the last few months just for my mate over the road: Dave Quote Link to post
