FAC conditions on application?

I have recently joined a small bore club and they recommend I put in for my FAC now which makes sense with the waiting but at present I don’t have any permission to shoot so I guess I can only apply for licence for sporting club shoots?

 

Will it cost me extra to add rabbit/pigeon hunting to the FAC categories at a later date since I presume no permission to shoot at present will mean unlikely to get hunting as a category on first application?

with no land you will only get an fac for the club you shoot at. if you subsequently get land then they will just change the conditions on your fac after the land is passed. ps pigeons are not the usual fac quarry

The changing from a target FAC to a sporting FAC may require a varition if you require expanding ammuntion. Expanding ammunition will not be granted for target shooting, so you will be limited to solid bullets only and shooting solids at rabbits is just asking for the bullet to pass through the quarry and then ricochet.
